My 1st Month as a Caveman
After I ran Boston earlier this year, I had a misplaced sense of entitlement with respect to my eating; every burrito, peanut M&M, glass of beer, or pizza was a friend of mine.
Marathon morning:
155 lb.
< 10% body-fat
Several months of bad habits:
167 lb.
~16% body-fat

This is so freaking awesome. I have a TON of respect for Mike Hudack, but to his comment of “Is this really what Google should be doing to maximize shareholder value?” I say f-u to shareholder value and lets look at the value that these guys are creating for the US by by building the future.
